Why do you need all of that in a shake? Make things easier for yourself.

The easier it is, the easier it is to stick to, and the longer you can do it for.

Can't you just have the shake with whey protein, then eat a banana and some oat cakes?

well i could do i guess but i'm presuming you'd need to eat quite a few oat cakes to account for a cup full of blended oats?
