i was thinking of using mp's creastorm but not sure if it would bloat me due to water reaation if not is it any good any one had any good experiance with it
 
or should i go for cee

    have you used creatine mono before? i would never reccomend CEE. Ever.
     
    ps the water retention is intracellular so you hold it in the muscle

      ok thanks and i have never used cee i noticed mono agrees with me really well also creatine gluconaite works for me but im cutting for a 3-4weeks more then doing a lean bulk looking for a creatine to use now and into the bulk

        drink plenty of water and you will be fine.
         
        All this talk of water retention with creatine, is it a myth. Im still to find a person I have met that has had the problem......
         
        as said the water is intra muscular so its not a problem, and on a cut you should be looking to lose bodyfat anyway
