You have limited options being female. Most of the 'next stage' products would normally be hormonal based such as testosterone boosters for males.

You need to ask yourself whether you are prepared to utilise steroids (ie exogenous steroid hormones) and the additional risk that face female users.

Please DO NOT pm me with questions that can be legitimately asked on the board.

Hi,

My wife used 10mg of var a day split up am and pm, she went hard as nails and built some good muscle. She is about to start another course soon. No sides either.

hi kerry

as partyboy, the options are rather limited, but it depends on what side effects, if any your prepared to risk?  you may be fine, but a risk is a risk all the same! some are reversable, some are not!  also, do you have a goal in mind?

you say you have hit a wall, have you tried manipulating your diet a bit more, adding more protein etc etc?

quite a few have recomended var
i am currently looking into trying a course of this starting on a low dose of 5mg.
i will see how i get on with it with regards to the side effects etc.
i have an opperation in december so will look at starting the course after my recovery period to help me get back on the straight and narrow.

diet is pretty much as clean as i can get it at the mo, looking at 40/50g fats, between 80-130g of carbs and about 130-160g of protein per day.
approx 1500 cals, even with this diet im finding on some days im still very hungry! lol

cheers!

there are some options for women Var is the most popular due to its non aromatising effect...other options are Primo/NPP/Deca/Winny although winny does tend to give some women hair loss....another option for the more advanced is Anadriol (oral test undeconate) aromatisation can be a problem with this stuff but if it does become apparent it can be easily stopped due to the half life of this oral.....

Kerry the reason that some days you feel hungry is because your metabolism is racing along so once the op is over and you have recovered if you experiance this alot on the cycle make sure you increase the calories to take advantage....
I'd rather miss a training session than a meal. Diet is that important to a bodybuilder. It's an area that doesn't allow for any bad days or mistakes. You ready to get to the next level?
