@Goalacio- your thread has indeed been deleted/gone (i dont know why) this was my message "can you try call them 2moro mate? if it doesnt get sorted over the phone or you cant get through ill pass on the thread to my manager. i know its a hassle you chasing them up etc so if you cant call them or dont want to, ill pass this is immediately :)"

2nd biggest sports nutrition company in the UK and probably top ten in Europe (maybe).
My point if there is one is they did not get so big by selling poor products.
This does not mean their products are the best out there but it would mean their L-Glutamine is L-Glutamine for example.
Thin shakes are fine imo - you can add thickeners but are they a necessity - they do add to the mouthfeel but IMO they are not a requirement.
Buy with confidence imo not ime.

Scaramanga- have you also tried calling mate? Most problems can be immediately and easily resolved over the phone, I always call if its urgent. If you've called etc, drop me a PM, please bare in mind I am not customer services and can only advise on what I'd do in the situation and if neccassary pass the message on to my manager :)
