my protein ??

obviously lots of members have had experience with myprotein .
 
any reccomendations / stay away from comments from there basic range ? whey casien bcaa's etc

Never had a bad experience. The whey protein is pretty thin and weak which doesnt bother me. The milk protein smooth is the nicest stuff ive tried (vanilla), I have heard some people say they dont like it though, all personal preference though I suppose.
 
The service has always been spot on for me.

as above used my protein for as long as ive trained always spot on for service and good overall prices!! Protein dosent tast as nice as others do but definitely worth a try!! what were you thinking of using??

Never had a problem with MyProtein until recently. Have also seen numerous posts regarding the poor customer service which I have to say was never an issue till now.  A month later and still no resolution to my issue. Response times are very poor. Its a shame because i rate My protein products especially their Isolate whey.

Never had a problem with their products or range. Unfortunately have been bitten more than once by their sub-par customer service.
 
I will still use them where I have to but always order well in advance of when I actually require the item/s I'm ordering just to be safe

Things have changed since I last posted in this thread. I no longer use MP for various reasons. Still have no doubt that their products are good though.

BBW at the min. Going to give Bulk Powders a go soon because their blend is lovely.

I placed an order other week my 1st one and it came in 2 days when i picked 3-7 days!

never had any issues with them, always had a good service

Might give them a try. Lost all confidence and respect for MP. They are failing to resolve an issue caused by themselves in which I am the one that suffers.

Same here. Came to check why they have not bothered to respond to a support ticket raised 1 week ago. My thread has disappeared. It seems Myprotein can no longer be relied on for quality products/customer service.

It seems peoples experinces with MPs customer care is varied; from excellent to bad. However their products have not been questioned and I would say they have quality products. Infact def one of the compaines I have alot of trust in on this matter.

I'd just like to hear more +ve reports from people who have had problems that have been dealt with satisfactorally. I've had lots of orders on time (until the last year). But when there has been a problem I've not been aware of many, if any, being satisfied with the response and outcome. All the +ves are from those who have NEVER had a problem, not those who had problems remedied.

Been purchasing from my protein for a couple of years on and off, only ever had one problem which was one of my 5kg bags of whey had a piece of plastic/string in the whey (had this with cnp pro mr aswell), mp resolved in a satisfactorally manner by giving me a 2.5kg bag for my trouble delivered the next day. I did have to send a few emails to get this done though but was a good result i thought.
