myprotein or bulkpowder

Hi, I am trying to choose between the following but am getting myself confused so please help!
http://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/impact-whey-protein/10530943.html this one does not say it is undenatured, does this matter? It also says in the ingredients (unflavoured) 100% whey protein compared to just 82% in the bulk powders one but they both have very similar levels of protein in the nutritional breakdown. http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/pure-whey-protein.html

So basically bulkpowders ingredients say they have 82% protein which provides 80 grams of protein per 100 gram of powder.
And myprotein ingredients say 100% protein which provides 82 grams of protein per 100 gram of powder.
Am I being stupid or does this not make any sense? Is it just that wpc is about 80% protein and they are both listing their ingredients in a different way?

I was going to contact each company but I thought maybe I should try and get an independent answer.

Thanks

I have just seen that Myprotein have a seperate page for their 250gram version of the above which does state it is undenatured, why they have different wording for a different size of the same product is a bit annoying!  I searched undenatured in their search box which helped me find that, very strange!

Have now noticed their nutritional breakdown is different in the 250gram version compared to the 1kg one

Its a bit like asking if Tesco is better than Asda mate. Both reputable companies, decent prices and good products.

Shop around for the best deal - and maybe consider getting some samples so you can see which tastes better (Very subjective).

There are a number of bulk suppliers on the market - BP and MP are 2, however other sponsors include ourselves (Bodybuilding Warehouse), Gonutrition, and Protein Works. Worth comparing the deals available on all, and looking at the overall basket cost too :)

Myprotein have had lots of customer service issues in the past. I would avoid and look at the other bulk suppliers.

Used em for years and never had a problem..a company of that size doing the volume they do are always going to have the odd "issue"..but for some reason when its my protein it gets blown out of all proportion..and I'm not sponsered lol

Wildcard third option - 'the protein works'

Guys behind the brand were a few of the original directors of 'myprotein' who abandoned ship when they didn't like where the company was going

Tried them, do high quality products, good prices and seem to have much more on offer in regards to flavours of whey than most other brands

Personally a bulkpowders fan tho, seem to have best low cal : high protein ratio in their whey compared to others, plus I like how they tend to mix thicker

Just preference really

Depending on what your wanting id look at all online suppliers, myprotein, bulk powders, bodybuilding warehouse, go nutrition and the protein works to see who has the best offer. Myprotein often turns out cheaper for me and whey flavours are always good (apart from banana imo).

I'd sooner pay a fraction more and not run the chance of the MP Customer service gauntlet.

MP are good if you pick the minute when they have good customer service. Products are great. Just the rest of it

BP are very good aswell but ive not used them for a few years. Customer service was always good and products.

As suggested, you can't go wrong with pretty much any of the bulk suppliers mentioned (apart from the dreaded MP customer service woes which sent me elsewhere too). Their whey is pretty much all sourced from the same original source I believe so it end out coming down to what other products they have that you like, flavour ranges and taste and cost (altho the cost variations aren't usually big enough to worry about that much I find especially if you time it with a prmotion which they all run a few times a month)

Personally I have had positive results using BP and BBW... I've not used the others enough to pass judgement (other than MP but their CS saw me leave, products were fine tho)

Just to jump in here guys. I'm the MP rep here, TMuscle and UK-M.

If you have any issues with your orders simply contact me directly and I will resolve where I can. I've been their UK rep for 2 years now and I've resolved every issue raised to me that's been within my power to do so.

I think you'll find our CS is much improved as I've been working hard to do so since being involved.

No disrespect to you, but I have routinely heard that many times over the years and nothing changes.

As a former rep the issues have never been with any companies rep. CS issues, where they've happened, have usually been in the first instance with the actual dedicated CS team

Myprotein repeatedly had huge ongoing problems that were posted on here. At one stage there a couple of week!
