alright everyone, im 5 weeks on saturday to the first of my shows the nabba central britain in donny, hopefully i can get a 1st place this time as for the last two years i have placed 2nd and 3rd, dietings going well and im doing cardio this time and i look a lot better from the cardio
who isd going to the central britain?
and the week after i have the uk never done this show before

        everythin was goin great til thursday nite, untill my body decided it couldnt tek no more, and i collapsed at my gfs, under the doctors advice i wont be competing in october, and i was in great condition 5 wks out. so my plans from now are to not compete unitll 2007 and that will be my last year in the jr classes.

                  uks on the 23rd at pudsey, my body wouldnt take anymore dieting, and i had a real bad chest infection the mixture of them both wasnt good

                    i know what u mean about the body withstanding dieting its hell. i felt dead on my feet after mansfield. ive had a couple of days eating **** now and am going to do doncaster show. i wasnt tho id had enough of it all.

                        does anyone have any info and contact details for the nabba UK?

                        will hopefully be doing novices (if i can book my holiday for the day after rather than the day before - lol)

                          cheers steve i wasnt going to do it. dieting for mansfield was so hard i just wanted it to be over. after eating crap for two days i just thought why not. so back on tuna/potatoes! i'll feel like death again in four days but ok now.

                                im bk training next week going to take it easy doe in the gym just training light, il be competing at the 2007 nabba north east junior class so i should have some decent size by then

                                  mate never stress over losing muscle especially if its cos of an injury and ur resting. everything u lost u will have back in 3/4wks.

                                    bear.. i agree mate...

                                    ive just had 6 weeks off training,my diet went slack too.. i got married, honeymoon etc, i lost 18lbs in this 6 weeks period.. not good.. but have put 12lbs back on in only 10 days.. i look like ive got all my muscle back in a crazy sort of way !!!
