natural BB comps

Hi all,
This may sound strange but what exactly are you allowed/not allowed to take to enter a natural contest?
1, is it no steriods ever ?
2,or none for ten years?
3,or none traceable on the day of the contset ?
4, what about other drugs HGH and such like ?
5, with the likes of superdrol being marketed as supplements can you use "legal gear" ?
6, If not in answer (5) what supplements can you use.

I am not thinking of competing in any sort of comp my self .too old and to small for either LOL Im just trying to expand my knowedge a little,as I am thinking of going to a few shows in the future and would like a better understanding.

They have a "banned" list there, pro-hormones being one of them, and any other substance on the IOC list.

Whether or not you want to use steroids is up to you, everyone knows its quite easy to pass a piss test, but you also have a polygraph test I think.

Interpret the rules as you will I guess, you're only a cheat if you get caught?

all winners are piss tested and if you qualify for the Finals and attend you will be polygraphed.

Yep...as I said, but theres also some drugs you can take to help you pass a polygraph test.

I have had a good look at the galleries section of that site. interesting stuff the muscle shapes on these guys seem to be different to what you would normally see in a general comp ? Ok these guys are smaller etc but generally a less freakish sight !
Some very hard work gone in alround me thinks !
