im bulking currently and i dont like training shoulders with chest, so decided to try sth like this:

Monday quads/hammies
squat 5x5-10
leg ext 3x15
stiff leg deads 4x10

Tuesday chest/triceps
incline bench press (30deg) 4x6-10
leaning forward dips 4x6-10
skullcrushers 4x6-10

Thursday back/bi
pullups 3x4-6
bb row 3x6-8
deadlift 3x8-10
bb curls 4x8-12

Friday shoulders/calves
standing bb press (70-80 degree bench) 3x6
seated db press(70-80 degree bench) 2x8-10
 lateral raises 2x8-10
rear lateral raises (on incl bench) 2x8-10
standing bb calve raises 4x15

abs/forearms 1-2x a week

what do you think about this? i try to get all reps then up weight. all sets very hard. 1-4 min rest between sets. using forced reps, dropsets etc in last set

In the absence of wiser individuals:

Monday - if you have a leg press You might want to do that over leg ext. (although others may well disagree).
Thursday - I'd go for deadlifts first (after a good warm up) so you can give them your all.
Friday - could maybe do another set of DB press and drop the side and rear raises (I think this is maybe also a contentious one but I've always favoured compounds as much as possible)
Obviously, there are alternatives to a few of your other exercises but it doesn't look too bad to me
