need some help with last 3%bf 12 January 2012 19:06 (permalink)
im at 11%bf  and i hope someone can tell me a few things please
 
first of all what foods are high in  potassium
 
secondly carbs pwo will these help me drop fat or will the insulin spike make me store more fat?
 
im doing semi fasted cardio its going great but is there much of a diffrence doing it after i have had a total protien shake and peanut butter with 30-80g oats

        Having carbs PWO will indirectly help you lose fat; a small amount will help you recouperate so you can train harder next time to burn more fat

            thanks guys does anyone if i can buy potssium in pills or something
             
            james do you mean it will help me, i got told that carbs can cause an insulin spike which will make people store fat also how many carbs as on low days im at 50g of strachy carbs

              you need insulin! you need the spike after training to carry nutrition to the muscles. constant spikes throughout the day such as eating choc bars regularly you don't need.
               
              if you've hit a brickwall with your fat loss & your diet & training is nailed have you tried a fat burner?
