Blood pressure would be my bet. get it checked mate its easy enough. Water retention usually causes this, try addressing this :-)

It sounds like you are carrying too much water. Shin splints and nose bleeds. Are you taking an anti e like letro/adex?

the staff at your gym should be able to take your BP, its really easy, all you need is a 'sphyg' (sphygnomanometer) and a stethascope. even someone whos only done a basic gym instructor course should be able to take it in less than a minute.

Docs will do it. Just say you feel a little anxious and would like your blood pressure checked. But mate with that cycle you need an anti e or you'll harm yoursefl imo

you can buy an automatic sphyg for about 30 quid give or take, or a manual one and steth for about 15 and 10 respectively. the manual ones are a little more accurate but take a bit of skill to get really spot on, the digital auto ones are less accurate but still within 5mmHg, even on the cheap ones. so they would give you a good idea of where your bp is at. what you could do, is walk into david lloyd or virgin active and say your interested in joining, and they normally give you a free health checkup, including your bp. then just toodle off n say youll have a think about it. then just never call them back. thats one way you could get a free bp check, and itd be fairly accurate too.

Have a look around the local Pharmacies for a BP machine. Most of the Pharmacies around me have a machine you sit down pop your arm in the cuff & put a coin in the slot.

Yeah, Lloyds chemists do a BP monitor for £9.99...it's pretty good too, although that link says £14.99, mine was £9.99

Boots and other chemists check it for free now. As does my local doctors surgery. There's a machine sitting in the waiting room, no need to see a doctor as far as i'm aware. Displays all instructions etc on screen.
