hello there again, ive decided im gonn aget my whole bodybuiding life changed or critisised,

well lets get started, have been training for 7 years on and off, rest of the gym ends up being for a couple of months until i get the gym rat bug again but have been strict for the last yearish.
ive had more than i can count on my fingers of gym partners and different types of training routines but the 1 that i keep coming back to is the egomaniac go heavy or go home.....
my training split usually consists of:
Monday
chest
incline db press 4 sets pyramid reps, 12, 10, 8 and go for 6
flat bench " "
db flys incline " "
db flys flat " "
lower cable flys standing 3 sets medium weight, squeeze and form
tricep
skull crushes 4 sets pyramid reps 12, 10, 8 and go for 6
close grip bench " "
cable straight/horn bar push downs " "
rope push downs medium weight for burn
Tuesday
Back
lat pulldowns 4 sets pyramid reps 12, 10, 8, 6
db rows " "
t bar rows " "
dead lift - go for what i can get best form from
lower back extensions with weights for burn
Bicep
alternate db preacher/hammer/seated curls 4 sets pyramid reps 20, 16, 12
olympic bar curl 4 sets pyramid reps 12, 10, 8, 6
machine curls 4 sets pyramid reps 12, 10, 8 amd 21 reps alternating arms and both arms foe burn
21 ez bar curl light weights for mad pump
wednesda
rest
Thursday
shoulders/traps
db/ smith press military press 4 sets pyramid reps 12, 10, 8, 6
uptight rows 4 sets pyramid reps 12, 10, 8, 6
front db raises " "
DY seated side lat raises " "
6 sets on cables light, reverse cable crossovers on top and bottom of machine and reverse standing side lat raises
Friday (have always neglected legs until the last few months)
Legs
leg seated extensions 4 sets pyramid reps 20, 16, 12 until blood fills legs
squats 4 sets pyramid reps 12, 10, 8, 6
lunges 4 sets pyramid walk half way up the gym and back
sledge " "
seated and standing calf raises doing super sets and mixing up reps until i cant do no more
Saturday and Sunday
rest and cardio 45 mins
i also add in drop sets if i cant get the 6 reps on some weeks, halving the weight and aiming for 10 reps.
i try and mix up my exercises when i can, depends on what machines and weights are available.
any critisism would be great.
have tried lighter reps but i just dont get the PUMP as arnie would say as bad and my ego always gets the better of me in the gym.........

this was posted in routine section but not much response and i did cardio whenever i had chance, sometimes twice a day but it was generally 45 min walks.
