    Yeah I wasn't that impressed with my 12 week test e cycle at the same dose, same kind of comments, look a bit more defined and strength went up slightly. I think that test e only works well if you stay on for like years, I'm going to add tren and winstrol for my next cycle. However it is worth mentioning its a marathon in terms of muscle building not a sprint. If you can add 5-6 pounds of muscle twice a year for 4-5 years with roids then the  end result will be good!!

      That is true and my strength and focus is through the roof, its jus I pulled out all the stops, diet sorted, poured my guts out in cardiovascular, lost my social life. Lol. Work train and sleep, so it puts the doubt in my head that I could've done this clean and the thought of taking test worked like a placebo for strengths.

      The thing is got pulled over by a few of my mates that said I looked mote defined and they have said that i should do a bar and prove cycle in 5 weeks time to shred up for holidays.........

        Did u get any sides from the test? I got some heart palps which I've put down to stress and adrenaline issues

          No sides really, got a bit moody and very small amount of spots on the shoulders, but i was going through some personal issues(ex) during this cycle so that could have been the cause of mood swings!!lol. New nickname is the hulk at work.....

            lol on the nickname...... I got bored around week 4-5 and started upping the dose to a gram and then on week 7, I went on holiday with some mates and got pissed everyday for like 7 days straight. Thats when the heart palps started, over stressed my cns I think. Backed down the dose to 500 and no alcohol but took till week 10 to settle back down. Going to be more disciplined next time, guess theres only so much the body can take. Still reckon mind the only way to get massive results from a test cycle would be to go on it for like a year or something. I didn't get shut down at all over the 12 week period but still ran a decent pct.

                      I've talked to a lot of experienced steroid users in person and dealers and a lot of em say you will be probably disappointed in a test e only cycle in terms of results but you should do it to see how you react. I used pharma Iranian stuff.

                        if you are using 500mg test you can tell if its real or not, from sex drive, greasy skin, acne etc 
                         
                        What were your goals for the cycle mate ? were you bulking or cutting and how many calories were you eating in a day ?

                          3500 to 4000 cals trying to lean bulk , doing a 3 day spit over 5 days to hit everything 4 times a week,was this ****...   (30 p 50 c 20 f)

                              i know there are fakes of that stuff knocking about and have been for a long time
                              im not expert on spotting them either
                               
                              at a gram a week you would be like a dog with 2 di(ks mate 
                              surely you would tell if it was fake or not 
                               
                              i dont gain well on low doses but certainly can tell im on test from the effect on sex drive

                                true but got bloated after about week 3 and had to ue armimedex and then started to get heart palps, if not real why would of this happen (I also got slight euphoria and then anxiety) people I buy from use it them selves. Test on its own isnt that strong from my own experience in muscle gain. Next cycle 750 test, 400 tren e, winstrol at end. Think theres going to be a big difference if can take the sides

                                  If you was doing too much cv that would use the cals you need to grow mate, you need to bear that in mind, excess calls will result in you gaining weight in muscle and a littl fat on the right diet/ training/ steroid cycle.

                                  Test-e is an amazing first cycle if you do your research and get all the factors correct from the start!

                                  My mate first cycle (test @ 400 mg pw) has gained 1 stone in 6 weeks no doubt some of that is water but I know his diet is nailed and his training is good.

                                      i kinda expected these comments but from experience i dont feel the effect of these types of substances such as eph 25+, clen, grenades as they do not effect me as much as my training buds, they get sweats etc where as i dont seen to feel them, so i must be going wrong somwhere. and that why i am on here, here is what i took, ate and trained like:

                                        rope push downs medium weight for burn
                                         
                                        Tuesday

                                        Friday (have always neglected legs until the last few months)

                                        squats 4 sets pyramid reps 12, 10, 8, 6
                                        lunges 4 sets pyramid walk half way up the gym and back
                                        sledge "    "
                                        seated and standing calf raises doing super sets and mixing up reps until i cant do no more
                                         
                                        Saturday and Sunday
                                        rest and cardio 45 mins
                                         
                                        i also add in drop sets if i cant get the 6 reps on some weeks, halving the weight and aiming for 10 reps.
                                         
                                        i try and mix up my exercises when i can, depends on what machines and weights are available.
                                         
                                        any critisism would be great.
                                         
                                        have tried lighter reps but i just dont get the PUMP as arnie would say as bad and my ego always gets the better of me in the gym.........
