nutrient % breakdown 31 October 2009 22:58 (permalink)
Hi guys,

Is there a "best" breakdown of fats to protein to carbs etc. Cant remember what they should be if a) bulking and b) dieting but keeping lean muscle or even building a little at the same time.

    short answer No!

    see http://www.muscletalk.c...rticle-mass-gaining.aspx for bulking guide

when cutting i would add cardio, contol fat to from lean protein sources only and reduce carbs
then let the ratios fall where they will from that
