Hi guys, ive loved my first ever cycle, to be honest it was better than i had ever imagined. i finally found myself being able to train at the intensity and amount i want to without my body letting me down, and actually see noticeable results from my strict lifestyle and diet. i loved it
 
im off now, and following my PCT and my mind is moving towards life off cycle, how bad is it actually when your off? i have heard scare stories of you losing loads of gained size and ending up smaller than when you started? which im sure if rubbish! ive started this thread as im interested to see and hear everyones opinions.
 
also, do you use anything off cycle? peptides? creatines? etc, what do you usually change about your lifestyle/routine?
 
jsut a basic discussion really guys, as i see alot of chat about different cycles and being on, but very little about being off, which in all fairness is more than half of the time isnt it?? well thats if your not cruising
 
so any input would be great

    firstly make sure your pct is spot on mate. i've been clean for 18 months now and weighed in yesterday at 16.10st.

      firstly make sure your pct is spot on mate. i've been clean for 18 months now and weighed in yesterday at 16.10st.


      ran 12 weeks of test e @ 500mg/wk
       
      pct consists of:
       
      day 1-5 hcg 500ius daily
      day 6-10 - nothing
      day 10-24 - clen @ 40mcg daily
      day 14 - nolva 60mg
      day 15-21 - nolva 40mg
      day 22- 28 nolva 40mg + 6 caps activate xtreme
      day 29 - 35 nolva 20mg + 6 caps activate xtreme
      day 36 - 42 nolva 20mg + 6 caps activate xtreme + possbily clen again
       
      also running creatine, and no xplode throughout when im not using clen
       
      what do you think??

          Ive been off now for 5months and TBH im really happy with hows its gone this time round.

          I ran a slow test taper this time round and have used slin and HGH on and off but have been totally off for 6wks weight has dropped by 5lbs but its the lack of fullness that is the worst imo.

          Mentally its been up and down some weeks ive been ok others not really had the motivation but ive been busy with my business if that's any sort of excuse!! (its worked for me) but to be fair theres nothing much id change.

          Diet has been the same as when im on 5000plus calories a day eating every three hours or so and a few of boditronics toffee mass attacks to keep the sweet tooth at bay.

          The supps im use are standard really

          Glutamine
          bcaa's
          mono
          and thats about it really, good idea about the thread by the way gives us all something to talk about and learn from one and another

            im planning to try and keep everything the same as i can, but obviously il have to drop the frequency of my sessions

            does anyone have experience with clen through PCT therapy??

              i'm using the supps i said as i'm now trying to shift some body fat. i've let it lag and now at around 18%!!!!!! with spring/summer fast approaching i'm now upping cardio and have sorted diet to get down to 10-12%

                        Thats good to see Dan. I think its gotta be so much better not only for health and mentality but for long term muscle mass if you run moderate cycles and do the best you can in between to maintain gains rather than rely on gear for the lot.

                        Tap_out you look like you're being sensible with your approach and I hope you maintain your gains well.

                        But it flagged up in my mind when I saw the sentence, "Is it really that bad being off?" Do you mean just in terms of size lost? Or just life off gear generally being bad?

                        Like you said, the majority of time should be off with time on being a nice enjoyable boost rather than being on is the norm with the time off being a downer.
                        Im sure thats not what you meant. But I reckon lots of people are like that and it must be difficult being at that level.

                        Does that concern anyone?

                        Dan you mentioned you've been clean for 18 months. Are you planning to stay off now?

                          only staying off until my wife becomes pregnant, we've got our first IVF treatment starting april. then i'll go back on as long as body fat % is 12 or under. neither my wife or i have any fertilty issues, just after 2 years of trying we're having no luck, and not getting any younger.

                            hi mate, what would you class as a big cycle. more than two meds, more than one? did you mean length of time on?

                              usually something like 500mg of test/sust and 400mg of tren/deca. obvious other bits added in such as adex and/or proviron and usually a kickstart of prop or dbol. cycles usually last around 12 weeks, especially when using tren.

                                test/deca (same amount) dbol kicker is the cycle im starting on monday. with aromasin throughout . how has this cycle been for you in the past.

                                  OP hope you dont mind the hyjacking lol. phmcgru, as long as your diet is nailed you've got a good gaining cycle there mate IMO. just need to keep an eye on water retention/bloat.

                                    yeah soz op. last post. im having a little blow out tonight (pizza and chips) then its clean from now on going to watch out for them sodium levels. i dont look when im not using. have to remember now. lol
