once or twice a week........?

just started 500mg sus per week.  for a 10 week course.  just taken my first 250mg and am looking to do the 2nd in a few days.
 
just realised i dont have enough pins to inject 20 times now.  i cant be arsed going to the needle exchange again. 
 
Could i inject 500mg (2ml) at a time just once a week???
 
 

with sust its better to spread the jabs out throughout the week .  but you would be ok jabbing just once a week  it wont make a big difference tbh .

i would do it twice a week just to keep ur levels the same rather than spiking

With sust i would jab eod to get the best out of it, i have done it both ways and its been better splitting the jabs. JMO

enanthate and sust are pretty different.  enanthate is one ester, sust is made up of four.  the reason you are better pinning more often with sust is that two of these esters (and one in particular) have a very short half life, so you need to pin more often to keep levels stable.

Makes no difference. Its used it TRT and they jab it every 3 weeks there.

Stable blood levels will make no difference to your gains. I have always done one injection- saves on scar tissue as well.     

trt is a very different thing to doing a course for bodybuilding.

having done a few courses, and getting trt now i know both sides of the coin.  three weeks is much too infrequent for me and i can actually feel the levels fluctuating over the weeks.

in order to minimise the sides, and maximise the gains you need to keep the levels as flat as possible.  if you only want to pin once a week dont use sust, use enanthate.  if you are using sust then you really should pin twice a week (at least)

i personally would do sust twice a week but thats my experience.
maybe wrong but i think sust has 2esters that would be cleared from body within a week and i feel 2shots a week just keeps you that little bit more stable on the blood levels.

Whatever is convenient - unless you are using a lot of oil (which you aren't) I would jab it all in one.

I do this with upto 6ml PW BTW.
