other supplements...what else do u take?

apart from AAS what other supps do you take, im still taking BCAAS,GLUTAMINE, TAURINE AND ARGININE and obvioulsy protein shakes  

My daily supps are

Whey powder
Omega 3 fish oils
Glucosamine
Cissus
Glutamine
Mutli vitamin
Flax seed powder
Dextrose

 

Not year round/consistantly but at various times on cycle:
T3/T4
GHRP-6 and HCG (if counting those things)
letro/nolva/aromasin (situation depending)
Fish oils
Creatine
Caffeine
ECA if dieting and doing fair bit of cardio
Melatonin
5-HTP
Kalms
Green tea extract when i can be @rsed
Multi vit
1000mg vit c
Modafinil
BCAA's during training
Glutamine sometimes
Whey/casein powders
Psyllium husk (only on keto diet)

Used loads of other sh1t in the past beta alanine/taurine/tyrosine etc now just can't be bothered with having to wash the vile crap down. May do when cutting tho, prob use most amount of supps when dieting to be honest.

Just the protein shake for me. Money is tight at the moment and i'd rather spend it on food.

Atm i'm using;

Whey Protein Powder
Egg white Powder
Fish oil capsules
Leucine

flaxseed oil capsules
and zinc tablets
then protein sups at minute

credit crunch cash abit tight at mo and was taking all sorts and was sick of having farts all time.

When it gets to point when they smell like something has crawled up there and diet you know your on too many supps
