    3 meals, protein powder, glutamine, water, fork, spoon, green tea bags, tin opener,

          Normally just eat a lot before leaving and fast, but if I get hungry I'll buy something there and just fit it into my macros.
           
          Stopped packing up food last year, really wasn't worth the time.

            I have a tuna and salad wrap, some nuts, sesame snaps, and a chicken and salad wrap, and a bottle of water to wash it all down with. I dont eat bread anymore i wrap everything with them mission deli wraps much nicer i feel.

              Today's pack up
              Meal 1 - 300g cottage cheese & 4 oatcakes
              Meal 2 - 150g grilled chicken breast, 250g jacket potato, 200g mixed veg (peas,broccoli,carrots)
              Meal 3 - 150g tuna, 35g light mayo & 4 oatcakes
               
              3 pieces of fruit and 35g of mixed nuts as snacks.
               
              6"1' and cutting (192lb - down 34lb) 15% BF - Nearly there
              PB's single max @ 110kg BW
              Deadlift 226kg
              Squat 185kg
              Bench 177kg
              OHP 105kg
