Hi guys,
 
 
iv asked alot of people about my SDL's form and alot have said is poo and at this stage in my training i should just do normal deadlifts instead.
 
 
but the thing is i dont know how to deadlift, so please could someone explain how to deadlift? (the more vids the better)

keep natural arch in back 
bend down
grasp bar
stand up

as long as the arch is there in your back, anything else is just detail, different people will naturally pull in slightly different styles, don't let it worry you
