everywhere! its basically water retention. It helps in that it gives you more leverage and helps boost your strength.
I personally find it hits me in my shins and lowerback quite badly, so couldnt do dbol for long.

Remember tho, water retention can be bad with testosterone, all esters, nandrolone, all esters, and oxymetholone its just d/bol that seems to get the bad rep all the time.
