Yum, they sound amazing!! I'm pretty boring with my porridge. I heat 1/3 cup oats with water and cinnamon for 1 minute. Add 3 egg whites and some stevia powder, stir well and microwave another minute, stir then another 30 secs. In a separate jug I mix pea protein powder with stevia and water into a paste and pour on top. Sometimes I add frozen berries. I loooove porridge!! Low G.I and delish!!

I have my oats pretty simple but it tastes great. Put the oats in a bowl, boil kettle, pour on hot water, mix, tablespoon of PB, a little bit of milk and 2 scoops of choc protein powder.

I am a boring old porridge fart lol - I make it with about 2/3 water and 1/3 semi skilled milk and 2 sweeteners. Greek honey on top sometimes. I really like Sainsbury's Taste the Difference oats, yes they are more expensive but the individual oats are huge and it gives a really nice nutty/chewy porridge.

I liked it, only thing was i heated it up in the microwave about 30 secs too long (2 min 30sec overall) , and the whey thickened, and was a bit of a chore to munch through.

new favourite of mine, very very simple but delicious none the less ferrerro roche: ingredients: 50g oats 250-300ml water 24g of hazelnut butter desired amount of chopped/crushed hazelnuts 50g chocolate protein optional sweetener combine oats and water and microwave till oats have soaked up water in a small bowl mix hazelnut butter, crushed/chopped hazelnuts and a small amount of water (so it mixes easier into the porridge) pour into porridge with, chocolate protein (i use a blend for better consistency) and an optional amount of sweetener, i use a few tsp of truvia
