posing classes

Hi, I am new to muscle talk, sorry if i am butting in on your chat but read about posing classes and would really be interested in coming along to one, I live closer to London than any of the other areas,  really need some help with my posing, it's so difficult to get right.  Thank you!!

oh PANTS!!! have just learnt Ive got a job interview next week (which is good) but does mean I'll have to swot all weekend so wont make the class.  boo! was looking forward to meeting everyone.

That describes a few doesn't it?!
There were quite a few VERY glamorous girls there, but she reminded me of, oh god don't know her name, defending scottish champion something or other when we were at Tan's seminar? She was waAay bigger, but she reminded me of her.

Fi I did feel tall......it's those heels!

That's good though, just make sure you use it to your advantage and stand tall, lengthen those already gorgeously slim limbs and you'll look mega!

hi just read this post im looking for posing classes in scotland is perth the only one as i live in clydebank when will it start  and were in perth is it cheers mags xx

The Body Academy in Perth. There was one today so the next won't be until March.

For anyone else interested, it's the last Sunday in March for the next one
 
I also help run a BNBF meet in Manchester at the Olympic Gym. Next meet for us is 25th March (I won't be at that one but you're still welcome to attend). The next one is 22nd April where we are holding a "Focus on Figure" workshop with the wonderful Jenny Garside. The club meet will still run as usual, (eg open to men and female physique competitors) this workshop is just a side line for that day. Although Jenny will primarily be focusing on the T walk and poses for the BNBF, if figure competitors from other feds are interested please let me know and we will try and arrange for someone experienced from that fed to join us for you (if the demand is sufficient). 

is anyone going to poseing class in perth this sunday as im going wondering if any lady's from here are going xx
