post workout shake on cardio days question

should I keep the protein intake the same as I do on my weight lifting days? note: I do intense cardio, usually about 30-45 mins I usually take 2 scoops of whey and about 2 scoops of dextrose on my weight lifting days

staying healthy just maintain the mass i've gained throughout the couple of years improving cardio

is your cardio the same as your weights workout in terms of what it does to the muscle? or another way - no - not the same. Your tailor what you do to your recovery needs - personally if you are cardio training for fitness then you would have a small amount of simple sugar in water to replenish. If you train for fat loss then you have nowt.

usually my cardio days consists of shuttle runs (beep test), martial arts, light jogs, sports as long I keep my heart rate from 50-75% of 199 beats per minute for 30-45 minute sessions
