hi, im starting a cycle soon adn i have to have at least 50g of protein every 3 hrs,
when im in work its hard to keep tab of the protein intake ill get from food, so was wondering what is the best protein shake preferably with a high protein intake?

    Its best to plan your meals out the night before, that way you will no how much protein/carb/fat content each meal contains, so you dont have to keep "tabs". As for the protein shake part any of the sponsors on here have a great selection.

      At first it seems all a bit out of sync but it comes naturally after a bit ! Youll be checking out all the labels in the supermarket !!

          If you do your first couple of weeks with measured portions you will soon get a good grasp on what quantities provide what and you will be easily able to balance your days and stop yourself being caught short.

          Always a good plan to cook in mass and have food ready to be microwaved in tupperwear boxes. Make life much easier!!

          Supplement wise as long as your shake provides at least 70g protein per 100g then you're in good stead.
            Move Fowards....... NEVER Regress!!
