this recipe is rough will measure it all out on the weekend
 
2scoops of protien (i used total protien strebery)
2 whole eggs
porriadge oats used roughly 40g-80g
300mls water
 
put all in a shaker,shake dtill all ingrediant are mixed
 
will need a good non stick fry pan and a grill
put olive oil  or coconut oil in pan
melt the oil till bubbling
add mixture wait (the pancakes go a difrent colour when there cooked like a darker colour)
put under grill till top is done and thats 1 made
 
the micro's are roughly
400cals
50-55g protien
30-45g carbs
9g fats
 
and they look like this

      You can subsitute the water for egg whites to bump the protein content right up.

        i dont see why not but i would say to ad in some form of liquid just to mix it abit also wen making them fry the one side then put it in the grill as they are a bugger to flip

              Amazing!! I used MP cookies and cream Protein, and they came out perfect, even the missus was saying how good what ever I was cooking smelled :)

                      No worries, wans't sure if the oats were best 'lumpy' or smooth.

                      Going to try this in the morning with around 40g oats. Quite excited!

                        i have just made a batch as a pre workout meal on a cut roughly an hour and 30mins before weights session
                         
                        i used the large mp scoop and it worked to be 3 scoops for the mix

                              Had these last just now blended up. Very impressive. I can only imagine what they would be like with a quark /  whey mix on top as a cream!
