im 6,2 230lbs been working out for a year and half and quite muscular, how do i keep muscle and get rid of fat?? also best time to train... early morning or evening.

diet and cardio best time to train is personal, although research shows most people are strongest in the afternoon. sel

Diet and Cardio mate. Do the cardio in the morning before food and the pounds will sweat off in no time (But sort out your diet)!!!
