reccommended time between cycles?

hi, just wanted to get a general consensus on how much time everyone on here spends between cycles before they start a new cycle. eg from day end of post cycle to day start of new cycle.

The general consesus is Time on + PCT = Time off.
So usually 8 weeks min.

i realise it is the general consensus but are there any exceptions the community or yourself feel can be made?
like perhaps the one i was going to get, Pmag, requiring less time off than say Sdrol?
as a side question, during this time off do you feel theres anything else you could take or would avoid taking, besides more PHs etc obviously. as i said in my thread i was going to take Ana-beta during and after PCT

Only if you have bloods to demonstrate your recovery otherwise follow the guidelines as you can not assess your recovery on how you feel alone.

Hormonal tests i.e. Total test, free test, SHBG (if free test is not available), LH, FSH, Estradiol
