You're an inspiration mate, you're living proof that you can live the life of an absolute pisshead and still have an unreal physique

thats the hope AWG yeah mate, well if i get a place accepted.
Guessing youre there, what you doing and what year you in, would you recommend it, seemed good when i had a look and from some reviews ive read so hoping to get a place.

Cheers CK lol, not quite a pisshead although probably drink more than i should!!!!

Not as heavy as id like them to be though ice, think they should be slightly higher really, but not concentrating on weight that much, more on my technique and just overall results.

Complete day of rest today which is all good, had to meet the ex but went well and just had a frienly chat so all good on that front, otherwise just eating good food and completing any left over jobs around the house.

Yeah dont worry about it mate, strength is not as important as technique when trying to build mass, you strength will climb so no worries there.

Yeah I'm there, 2nd year Law student so I'm at the city campus, with you doing sports science you'll be out in Clifton.

I'd recomend it, especially seeing as you like a drink , the sports facilities at clifton are top notch, not so good at the city site, but you won't be really coming to the city unless it's for a night out

cool, is it easy to get into the city from the clifton campus as will be heading in a fair bit im guessing so dont want it to be too much of a mission, guessing it wont be too far though.

Just got offers from both Nottingham and Leeds so well happy @ that.

Bus runs from the clifton to city campus every 12mins througout the day, think it's a £3 return.

Normal weekend diet, pretty average, made as good as possible around work, managed to not drink at all though which can only be a good thing i guess.

Did a 3mile run saturday evening too, added cardio.

would be up for thursday if you fancy it mate?
Any time between 8am and 4pm is good as got work at half 5 then off out after that as my mate is back from selection so should be a celebration.
But thursday would be perfect for me, would be legs/back/biceps normally for me but could try something different, my membership runs out friday too!

                          todays notes

                          10.30am - get up
Porridge + sultana bran + protein shake

walk to gym (3miles) eating banana

                          Train
                          Legs/Back/Biceps
Very tough workout today, only 30seconds rest between sets so got proper knackered and completed it all within 30mins but not felt so hardly worked for a fair while.

All lifts were a little less than normal to accomodate for having such a short rest period between sets, didnt make it any easier though!!
                          Squat
                          3x10 (80kg)

                          Calf raise
                          3x15 (80kg)

                          Deadlift
                          3x10 (90kg)

                          Inverted rows
                          3x15 (bodyweight)

                          crunches
                          3x30 (bodyweight)

                          Seated row
                          3x10 (120lbs)

                          Lat pull down
                          3x10 (59kg)

                          Seated hammer curls
                          1x10 (17.5kg)
                          2x8 (17.5kg)

                          21's
                          30kg

                          Followed immediately by 50g whey.

                          4.30pm - 200g chicken breast
