yeah 300 should be a good laugh, plus not many people will do it (im hoping) cost me £25 in total will try to get some pics up (isnt the best as had to improvise slightly but still looks quite good imo) Dont really have a clue tbh ice mate, would guess somewhere around 15" if theyre at 15.5 now but thats just a total guess! CK im hoping i can yeah, see if it works am still expecting a fair few weird looks though hah, as for pulling with it, well if i do then all good and great, but at moment have got to the point where i let what happens happen, prefer just to have a good night and if i get anywhere with a girl then great if not then no problem. Up now with 3hours sleep after going out for a friends girlfriends brthday, which was pretty **** lol so wish id stayed in especially with tonight coming up but oh well.

yeah i know, only good thing about it was my mate found £20 so is buying some drinks tonight lol. As well as the part as talking to random people and many females, as well as getting a short lap dance from some 29year old whilst sitting in a **** club who thought i was 25 ha, still a pretty poor night though lol, tonight should make up for it hopefully. Yeah happy on the arms though bigger than i thought, not too fussed about measurements really but still nice to be suprised i guess.

lol yeah had loads of people say it looked pretty good, although only a home made spear and shield lol, but will be doing it again soon as one of my best mates leaves for army in 2 weeks so going to do it before then. Yeah did pull - which was nice - been a while really but as i said am at that stage where if something happens ever then great, if it doesnt then im not going to get too fussed!

naththebeast as i said am at that stage where if something happens ever then great, if it doesnt then im not going to get too fussed! You seem to have a pretty stoic outlook on life, it's refreshing. Especially considering you broke up with your gf recently if I remember correctly? You're livin the dream mate, young and ripped and out every weekend, lol. The costume looked class btw, I'm now officially making it my goal to be able to pull off dressing up as a 300 spartan for next halloween!

Loved the improvised footy shorts! Looks like you had a good time. Like i said - you've practically got the cover model look already, better start looking for some work! Jimbo

JimRat Like i said - you've practically got the cover model look already, better start looking for some work! Jimbo x2. Go for it mate, no time like the present. Judging by some of those pics you have the jawline for it too (I'm not actually joking, but I'm not gay either, lol)

lol i wasnt saying anything CK :D Will have a look around and see what i can find in terms of modelling work, always been an ambition so probably worth a try i guess, as for the jaw not sure what a good jaw is really lol but people have mentioned it so guessing its ok lol. And yeah i did break up with my ex about 10weeks ago mate after about 18months, recovered now and loving life just taking it as it comes, worked out its better to take it this way as dont really get dissapointed i guess everything is a bonus. Will probably whip the suit out again in a week or so as my mate is off to the army and after we all had probably the best night out ever we said we had to do it agian before he left.

not a clue really mate, think my waist is between 32-33 inch, not a clue on chest though will try to find a tape measure again. Got a lovely lye in this morning for once, helped recovery over last few days of hardly any sleep though. 11am - get up - Porridge + weetabix + protein shake 12pm - Banana 12.30pm - Train New split started still training everything twice a week though, tried a new gym today with free day trial but wasnt too great so will prob stick with old gym. Chest + arms Bench press 1x10 (80kg) 2x8 (80kg) Incline bench 3x10 (60kg) Flyes 3x12 (15kg) Tricep pushdowns 3x10 (70kg) Overhead extensions 3x15 (25kg) Hammer curls 3x12 (17.5kg) Preacher curls 3x12 (25kg) Followed immediately by 50g whey 3pm - Chicken breast 3.30pm - Apple Either got a 3mile run or a game of football tonight will have to see what the plans turn out to be, but added cardio anyway so all good in essence.

4.30pm - 2 whole eggs + 1white scrambled 5.30pm - Spaghetti + tuna + bacon 7pm - run (3miles in total) Timed myself for 1 1/2 miles just out of interest as got a few mates joining the army where they get tested so thought id test myself managed to get it done in 8.45 which isnt too bad i guess (only need 10:30 if i wanted to join the army - which i dont) but still pretty happy with that and gives me a target to improve upon, did another 1 1/2 miles after timed part. 8pm - Protein shake Resting for next couple of hours before heading off to bed around 10ish to get another good sleep before gym again tomorrow (back to old one) and a night out in the evening or possibly meeting girl from saturday (time will tell)
