was doing it on the cycle track at Preston park mate, 4 laps of that is roughly 1.5miles, well each lap is just under 600metres (according to my friends army selector) so going on that. Was pretty tough but a good run none the less (managed to lap the people doing miliatary fitness 2 times out of my 8 laps in total (1 being walked) which was quite satisfying lol

wicked 579 x 4 = 2316 (off top of my head - cba with calculator - mile and a half is circa 2400metres so is just under 1.5miles i guess, so would be around 9mins for 1.5miles, still pretty happy with that though.

2414 metres to be precise (for 1.5miles) so im on 100metres less in that case, but reckon i can do last 100metres in around 15secs as that is fastest part most likely just to finish it off, still will stick with 4laps and try to improve times if possible

Been thinking and not too sure on my new split of Chest + arms Legs + Back + Shoulders Is nice to have shoulders + chest split up but not sure its too well balanced as biceps are getting hit 4times per week doing everything twice, will see how it goes for a couple of weeks or so, but if not really liking it will change it around. Not sure on what to do so any ideas would be appreciated, still looking to train everything twice a week as enjoying doing it that way and was making decent progress on last split, but thought it was time for a change.

Followed by 50g whey walk home (3.3miles) 1.30pm - Chicken breast 2pm - Bowl muesli + bowl weetabix Resting for rest of day but got to walk to and from town to meet a couple of mates which is another 3.5miles so more cardio, but heading out in the evening for only night out this week so should be worth it (hopefully)

Cheers man much appreaciated, just do a fair bit of cardio and loads of walking is probably why my bf is staying at a good level (would like it slightly lower if im honest - around 8-10% - reckon im about 11-12 atm) but i walk about 40-50miles or so i reckon each week which obviously helps. What you mean about my mate joining sorry?

lol i could go through 15 quite easily but dont as not really looking to bulk, want to cut a bit more then just maintain really and ill be perfectly happy at that (maybe get to 15stone - 14.8now but will see i guess) Yeah is sort of dedication but only do it cos i have to/love to really ha, could go to a gym much closer (20min walk) but the gym im at now is pretty cheap (£200 year) and has about 4 rooms of free weights and i do all my cardio ourside so all good, aswell as it being full of bb'ers its all worth it really

congrats. keep up the hard work - it's obviously paying off. one thing i've done for my chest/tri's and noticed a difference is added weight to my dips and cut reps. i use to do 3x12 but now i do 3x6 with the added weight

yeah im about to start a new set of exercises next week and am adding in more dips as never really done them enough so hopefully should be good, only problem with weight mind is i dont have a dipping belt but will see what i can do. Leev one of my mates is joining as a chef, another is in the infantry now, and another one is joining as either a fabricator or a clinical physiologist, as well as one more who is going for para's - so a fair few of them heading off! lol, well with the weetabix i can just eat and eat them, i resist temptation but add some yoghurt on top and is so nice, tend to stick to about 9 though or a bowl of porridge, whatever i fancy! Up this morning at 9 for a 3mile unfuelled run (knackering) and now realised ive gone through all my weetabix and porridge so stuck with 3 weetabix + bowl rice krispies + green tea + protein shake! Resting for most of the day and heading off to the gym this evening.

Icemansoldier 4 weights rooms, cool. Yeah is great, got seperate rooms for: Legs Back Chest Shoulders and arms Cardio Womens room (due to the fact there are lots of big men so prob a little intimidating) Most of the equipment is pretty old school but got some new stuff but at £200 a year and all teh equipment anyone would need its perfect (only negative is the distance)
