Pretty much got an all nighter last night, 2horus sleep tehn teaching a class wasnt too fun, but a good laugh none the less, was meant to be taking a week off but may end up goign out again tonight (depends on some girl anyway) but Decemebr will be a v.busy month with loads iof birthdays and that (inc mine) then got a couple at start of january then going to try to have a month off, the **** weather will help with that anyway, then start again around end of feb (probably wont happen though despite my good intentions!)

I get what you mean about boditronics, i got a sample ages ago of cookies and cream, taste fab like 5/5 fab, then i tried it again a 2months or so ago, another sample and it lacked flavour and was quite poor maybe 2 or 3 / 5 Peanut toffee is the nicest imo, but too sweet and you would get sick of it quick.

Ran 3.3miles to and from the gym last night (6.5 in total) which was pretty damn tiring, went out aswell just a social thing didnt really drink much so not too bad anyway. Got my full day of rest today though, would go for a run but hamstrings are feeling really tight and keep cramping after my run yesterday and legs/back/biceps @ the gym!

Had a class this morning, managed to run 2miles during that so a bit of extra cardio - got the gym in a couple of hours before a drive up to leeds! As from monday am going to try and keep things a bit more detailed again as have slacked off lately. Anyway was bored at home so thought id take a few more pics. Not sure ive got any leaner/bigger since my last photos, would say ive pretty much stayed the same, although maybe a slight improvement cant realy tell though!

leeds is a top place mate, you could do alot worse than it for uni! looking good in your latest pictures. Whats your diet tailored to? or is it pretty much maintenance?

Whats your diet tailored to? or is it pretty much maintenance? yeah leeds looked really good when i went up there, really good uni by the looks of it too, cant wait now to start (accepting their offer) As you said mate is pretty much maintanence for my diet, i dont tend to have a set out plan or anything just eat when im hungry and make it semi-healthy if i can. Have uppedf my cardio a lot though rather than eating less to help lean out a little bit more. Already done 7.5miles today (3running - 4.5walking) and got another 3miles to walk later so all good in the end really!

got wrecked last night, dont really remember too much of it. Was a fun night though tbh, although a mate randomly walked off, trys to split up a fight gets headbutted and now had stiches, not good on that front.

MAJOR LAZER was absolutely insane, best night ever maybe a whole club bouncing in unison with everything youd want from a night out absolutely class. Got wrecked as usual and with loads of glows and UV paint was perfect really. Off to see Laidback Luke tonight too which should be amazing too (well hopefully) wont get so drunk though (i say that now) as got work at 7.30 tomorrow and up at 6 but should be worth it. My mates have thought up a new phrase for staying out late and getting up early, now between us the term "nathaning it" means the same to everyone, quite funny really. Good legs back and biceps training tonight though, not got time for a proper update as heading out and working weekend but will get back up to speed on monday hopefully.

Cheers man, much appreciated Probably around 20months or so now, only been serious for a year (ish) thought before that just lifted some weights when i felt like going to the gym with some mates and ate what i wanted. Been properly into it all for about a year though as i said, and have come on leaps and bounds since then. Would say ive probably added about 18lbs since a year ago, most of it lean muscle id say as dont really seem to be any fatter (would say im probably leaner now too) but was 13.6st a year ago and am now 14st10

Yesterday wasnt good at all, woke up and room was spinning couldnt walk straight and was sick as soon as i got out of bed, wasnt pretty, feeling a fair bit better today though so hopefully all back on track, missed chest shoulders and triceps but back to legs back and biceps today. Also got a call from a modelling agency asking if i wanted to go in for a shoot on thursday (only a trial) which is great news as always fancied giving it a go, got a friend who is a photographer too so creating a portfolio with her tonight so looking good.

yeah man well chuffed, not heard anything else from them though, missed their call so really annoying as is on a withheld number so cant ring them back. If nothing comes from it ive created a portfolio now so can send that out anyway, when theyre processed will post up a few of the pics.

Are they like real professional looking pics? Incidentally my dad is a graphic designer, he'd be unreal at touching up modeling pics, which might be handy if I ever get to that stage in a few years!

Well wouldnt say theyre professional, but is a damn good camera and done by a photgraphy student, so she probably gets a lot better pictures than the average joe, says shell sort out the light and that on her software but just see how it goes, make a portfolio out of some of the pics and see where it gets me.

Still looking good mate. Good luck on the modeling front, what'll happen if you go in and then have to go up to Leeds? Are you aiming to stay around 14st 10lb now, not add anymore size?

Yeah man, not really wanting to get any bigger if im honest, looking to cut a little more fat though and get to sub 10% bodyfat. As for the modelling i just want to do it to earn some money really, when it comes to uni im dropping everything to go. I had a place last year but dropped it cos of other comitments (gf, friends etc) but am going next year whatever, will always be able to pick up more work if needed (which it probably will be - saving now and hopgin to get about £4k but will need more than that, although i should get maximum loans)

Unfortunately not mate, they were meant to text/ring me again with the details, they tried ringing me but i was at work (and they rang with a withheld number) so couldnt call back and they never called again so a bit of a pain really. Got my friend processing all the pictures anyway and will try out for some places in the new year and see what happens (If anything)

Right going to try and keep this updated again from now on starting with todays notes (would of done yesterday but went out in the evening for friends birthday, ended up getting kicked out a club though for breaking up a fight between about 6 people - injustice realy but oh well) 12am - get up - Hungover of course. Bowl Porridge + protein shake + green tea 2pm - Train Legs/Back/Biceps Leg Press 3x12 (165kg) Calf raise 3x20 (100kg) Hamstring curl 3x12 (70kg) Crunches 3x30 - bodyweight Leg raises 3x30 - bodyweight Deadlift (Have dropped the weight on this just to keep them going as been getting a few niggles in lower back) 3x12 - 80kg (Is pretty easy but not getting any problems at this weight so keeping it here - changing routine in january and may well take these out tbh) Inverted rows 3x15 - bodyweight Seated row 3x12 (120lbs) Hammer curls 3x12 (15kg) 21's 30kg Followed immediately by 40g whey 3.30pm 6 weetabix Just about to make another meal, some tuna and bread probably will see then working this evening, pre bed protein shake then sleep before work again in the morning - followed by a complete day off from 2.30pm onwards - although am tempted by an offer of going out again!

Right not been on here for like 2 months as been very busy with life and general things to do/sort out. Will try to be back on a bit more often if possible but seem to have so much going on right now that i dont have much time at all. Anyway training is still going well and keeping in good shape (i think/hope) and have added in a lot more cardio with the summer coming up.
