You'd be better off dropping a shake or two &amp;amp; replacing with 'normal' food - most shake formulas aren't that calorific so won't help you add weight.

Most important thing is diet.  Not jsut what you eat, but if you are batling putting wieght on, then how much you eat.

IMO i'd keep it to three days a week, rest is vital in bulking.
