I currently go to the gym on monday, wednesday and saturday. For about an hour and a half.

My current routine is this:
dumbell shoulder press (standing) (12.5kg)
shrug (12.5kg)

Re:Considering adding another day... (S777)

I dont see why not, if you feel ok to do so then id go for it. Maybe set a 6 week routine up, hit it hard, then back off to 3 days to give the chest time to recover?

If you do, id probably half the workload on your tuesday workout.

Re:Alright , can somebody check over my new routine make sure its all ok (davec05lfc)

thanks for info lads

Re:Is it good? Especially as your shoulders do alot of work on chest days. Are you doing a hit routine? Lake Yates´s? 4 working sets per bodypart is quite low.

can someone look at my training routine (chucknorris666)

het guys im new to the forum just thaught id post first of all to say hi to everyone, and was wondering if someone can help me out with my routine let me know if its ok and give me tips if its not, im 25 been training for 6 years this is my routine and h

Considering adding another day...
