Although, i have been getting in sets of press ups as and when to keep ticking over a little. &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      Last Tuesday i did 1000 press ups during the day. &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      Today i topped that and did 1500 press ups during the day .....and in this heat i damn well felt it! I've pretty much always kept training simple. Never felt any need to get over complicated with it all. The principles of training are simple anyway.... it's the sticking it out for the long term that's the harder part. &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      I'm just going to ease back on the weights a little for now. I was mega determined to be the one, and went on to drop 12lbs in 4 days!
