It's basically down to thread size. The bigger the thread (such as this one at 233 pages) the greater the problem of the new/next page updating.

Are techno-geeks gonna fix this or does it mean I've got to start a new journal?

iaink

Def close pal. If you could have done some tripples with 180 then 'it's on'

I reckon I possibly could've done two triples
...I'm not nec. keen to put this theory to the test

Wed
Bench
60-80-100
120 5x5
Very pleased with that. Equals my best ever. Last time I managed that I was in 140x2 form. Not sure about that but things are deffo heading in the right direction.

Hammer Grip Pulldown
pin12 x 12-10-8
may need to go heavier as I'm getting these fairly easily. Not looking forward to it much though as pin12 is already a good bit heavier than me so getting on to the seat with 13blocks is going to be a real struggle

Seated Lateral
12.5kg x 12-10-8
making these fairly easily but deffo not going heavier as it is just to brutal on the joints will try and make 3 12's

Curls
Dbell dropset 20kg-12-10 for decent reps first set but fell off badly. Probably preferred it to the e-z curls though.
Re:The Return of the jedi ..2010 pix p126 (dirtyvest)

Right.... we know why the 'next page' thing happens. I was very pleased to make those doubles...thing is I'm not sure where that's put me on the road to going for a 200. Ideally they would've been triples then I could go for a 190x2 and then launch for the 200. In short...I'm probably still not ready yet

Northerngal

Morning Jedi, hope you are okay and just to say have a good 'un!..i hope you don't mind me asking, but how are things going on the "arty" side?

Mehhhhh not so good.
Plans for total world domination via exhibiting those muscle sculptures were slightly derailed by completely failing to get selected.
brb chopping own ear off

dirtyvest

I don't get why this new page carries on after 4 posts have been made, normally it's just the 1st post on it that's the issue.

It's working again after the thrashing postd above but just in time for 3more posts then back to disappearing page again.

Just starting to feel it in the legs and knees from all the squatting but on the bright side I don't have to do any today and it is a nice lie down on the bench
