Asda have princes tuna 4 for £3 all the time now. Or 75p for their cheap brand version. Crazy. Same price as princes and princes has higher protein to g ratio and tastes 10 times better.

Tins of eco friendly Tuna for 25p each on Approved Food! The sell by date is Sept 2011, but I would assume as they are being sold here they are fine to eat

Tuna always Princes or John West 4 tins for £3 - Tesco etc is always £1 more expensive. I always go to B&M before supermarket and they always come up with the goods - Literally!

To anyone in N.Ireland. O'Kanes factory shop Ballymena 2 whole chickens (small) for £1.50!!
4 chicken breasts £2! Loads of other bargains but £50 limit per customer.
Moy Park Chicken at Moira have a factory outlet too for anyone from that part of the world.

Hi folks, not sure how many people know of this website, but it can have good bulk deals on stables like oats, rice, pasta, cereals, tinned goods if they have them in stock.

Sainsburys have 3 250g rice microwaveable pouches for £4.50. Not massively cheap but so easy. Rice in 2 minutes. Brilliant, cos I hate cooking rice. I went wholegrain.

Sainsburys are currently selling Sci-Mx Protein Flapjacks for £1.10 a bar which works out cheaper than anywhere online that I have seen (£26.40 for 24) and of course you have the option to not buy a full 24. Just thought I would give you a heads up

Tesco offers include
Tesco Fresh Whole Chicken Large 1.80-3.50Kg £1.59/kg
3 for 2 on many PBs, Honey, Jams - includes Meridian Almond and Cashew butters and Whole Earth varieties. Or, Tesco Value PB works out at £1 per kg (87% peanuts).

Lidl (in my area) this weekend has Diced Chicken Breast - 375g Pack for £1.49 (that's under £4 per kg). Check the Lidl website as it's regional and may be Pork Medallions instead.
