(Golden Oldie)

Thanks Malc, but possibly it reads more impressive than it is. I remember my first M1 British Bench in 2004. There were 14 entrants in the M1 alone in the 90s and I came 12th out of 14! Now I usually only have to beat two or three people to take Masters titles. For me records are more important than titles. To win a title, you can be the only one there on the day and you just have to push up the qualifying weight. But a record means you've lifted more than anyone in your class has ever - even if you are using a better shirt than they had years ago - so that's more special. <br>

Re:What have you accomplished in your 40,s?? Don't think I'll compete again as the dieting ime takes a heavy toll which I am not really willing to go through again. Shame as I've done 2 AAS cycles in the last year for the first time and respond magnificently to them!
