(dazc)</title><description>  &lt;blockquote class="quote"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Incredible Bulk&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      hey dazc, did you get that hernia op in the end?  &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      so...whats the score/plans for the next few months?  &lt;br&gt;      &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      havent had it yet! it was scheduled for the same time and day as the bicep surgery! same hospital as well! &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      still have the op there if i want it, but it hasnt been painfull for months, so i may leave it and see what happens. &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      next couple of months is drop a bit of BF, pack some more mass onto the legs and possibly a bit on delts, while rehabing the arm and maintaining rest of&amp;nbsp;upperbody size/bringing the arm back a bit with very light exercises. &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      then i will shift focus back onto upperbody as long as arm is ok, to gain back the muscle lost on the lats, and try put a bit on the chest and tris.&amp;nbsp; going to leave biceps with no direct work.  &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      then towards the end of summer im going to diet right down to comp shape, have a mess about with carb-ups and water manipulation so that i can find what works for me, and also see if i have any balance issues.&amp;nbsp; then its a rebound bulk christmas/newyear, staying nice and lean and gaining slowly for shows at the begining of 2011.&amp;nbsp; if i can get some good size on i may well jump over and do a nabba show before the ukbff shows later in the year, and fit another rebound in. &lt;br&gt;      &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;      not that i have thought about it..... lol &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3873854</link><pubDate>Tue, 16 Mar 2010 18:01:19 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re:dazc's countdown to leeds 2010 (possibly leicester too!!) (dazc)</title><description>  enjoyed training tonight especially cardio!&amp;nbsp;lots of attention from people asking about the arm as well, so that was really nice that people bother to ask. &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      Leg extension, 2 sets 8 reps &lt;br&gt;      leg curl, 2 sets 8 reps &lt;br&gt;      duck press, 1 set 10 reps &lt;br&gt;      shoulder press 1 set 12 reps &lt;br&gt;      chest press 1 set 12 reps &lt;br&gt;      rear delts 1 set 12 reps &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      felt great to get a bit of blood going in the pecs and delts! &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      45 minutes cardio, 30 sscv and 15 HIIT.&amp;nbsp; quads were on fire by the end of it!&amp;nbsp; the cardio also seemed good for the arm, to have the movement and blood flow &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      cant wait for wednesday to do it all again!&amp;nbsp; :-) </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3872535</link><pubDate>Mon, 15 Mar 2010 20:09:11 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re:dazc's countdown to leeds 2010 (possibly leicester too!!) (dazc)</title><description>  have made changes to my diet yesterday, and started them today.&amp;nbsp; Its slightly higher&amp;nbsp;in carbs&amp;nbsp;than my cutting diet that i used for leeds show last year, with more protein and quite a bit of extra fats, so overall about another 900 cals from what i was cutting on.&amp;nbsp; cardio is also back now the pot is off, 3x 45 minutes a week. &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      im hoping the new diet will see small muscle increases and small fat loss. here it is- &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      7.30 75g whey, 50g oats,&amp;nbsp;30ml udos, in 500ml semiskimmed milk. &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      10.00 large chicken breast in granary bun with olive oil spread, banana, 150g pro+prebiotic yogurt. &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      12.30 100g Myprotein total MRP in 600ml semi skimmed milk, 30g flax powder, apple &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      3.00 as 10.00am meal &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      5.30 train-50g myprotein&amp;nbsp;tri-carb powder, 10g BCAA, 10g EAA &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      7.10 pwo&amp;nbsp; 50g whey, 50g dextrose in water &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      7.50&amp;nbsp;50g whey in milk, 20ml udos. &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      9.00 250g steak, 60g basmati rice, 20ml walnut oil, 20ml EVOO, small amount sesame oil.&amp;nbsp; mixed salad &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      11.00 50g whey, 25g milk protein powder, 25g oats, in 500ml semiskimmed milk.&amp;nbsp; handfull walnuts. &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      never been this high with the fats before (well not good fats, i used to make shakes in double cream to get ridiculously high cals in lol)&amp;nbsp; so looking forward to seeing the results.&amp;nbsp; I quite like experimenting with diets now, and being super strict with them! </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3872275</link><pubDate>Mon, 15 Mar 2010 17:36:11 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re:dazc's countdown to leeds 2010 (possibly leicester too!!)
