My current weight is 15st 7lbs (weighed today). My training has slipped due to work commitments over the last 6 weeks but I have managed to keep a fair amout of size so over all very happy.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Review: &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Strength: Very good, gained alot of strength  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Size: Very good, gained alot of size at my heaviest I was over 16st &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Sides: In the end pretty bad, Had the worst back pumps to the point I couldn't sleep. In the mornings my urine was pretty dark. Some nipple irritation but didn't develop into gyno but this was more luck than anything. I was sweating like mad by the end. I'm balding anyway but seemed to speed up after the cycle. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Diet: I ate religiously 6-8 times a day. It became a running joke at work that I was never seen without chewing. I kept my 3 main meals as they were, but just added more protein into the lunch time meal. I did however have between breakfast and lunch 150ml of protein with 50ml of oats and an apple a banana a handfull of nuts some grapes and a peice of veg. between lunch and dinner the same. A snack before the gym and a pwo shake after with 150 ml of protein and 50ml of wax maze starch.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I measure my powders by the ml markings on my shaker for ease of use. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Overall:  &lt;br&gt;  SD and p-plex gave crazy gains then the epi and tren helped remove bloat and helped condition no end. But the cycle was to long!! Very happy although probably will be running shorter less harsh cycles in the future as I can gaurantee doing this a few times will do some damage. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Next Cycle: sd and p-plex 6 weeks to hit 17 stone pct recovery time off then repeat sd and p-plex. I really stepped up the water and hit the potassium hard so got rid of it fairly quick. Weight dropped the 1st week i stopped (due to water) but has since gone back up. Accusatuions this has been a bit of a problem but I was expecing it to be fair, and the old I'm on the protein shakes and cratein seems to satisfy most. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Overall:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;  Very happy with the size increase and definition as well as the strength increase. I am going to add superdrol for the next 3 weeks and try and get over 16st 7lbs hopefully nearer the 17st mark. I look visably more muscular and my legs have come on alot!! &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Strength:&lt;/b&gt; Just keeps going up, i thought i may lose some this week because of droppind SD but doesn't seem to be the case at all. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Sides:&lt;/b&gt; For the 1st week some liver discomfort but this went away i suspect my body had to get used to the new toxins I hacve also been using alot of liver support. I have been having terrible pains&amp;nbsp; in my shoulders which come on through out the day and if i sleep in certain positions (back pumps??).  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Diet and Training:&lt;/b&gt; clean dietI eat a minimum of 6 times a day, protein intake is high and i've been eating plenty of fruit and veg. Training has been strict but i've listened to my body I have changed a workout slightly on some days but always make sure i put as much stress on the target areas as i can handle. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;Overall:&lt;/b&gt; Strict diet working out very hard and plenty of rest have certainly helped. I changed my lifestyle for this cycle (no beer) or late nights and its paaying dividends. I'm going to run epi and PP for weeks 4&amp;amp;5 and then add in a tren clone weeks 5-12 and also have another 3 weeks of SD at the end. A noticable difference!! 9 weeks to go!! &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Strength: &lt;br&gt;  SHOT up!!! added approx 15kgs to my bench. weights feel much easier. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Sides: &lt;br&gt;  Back pumps but not to bad. feel a little lathargic but I knew i would.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Overall: &lt;br&gt;  Great 1st week diet has been strict i've been eating 6-7 times a day always healthy and clean. I'm using bulk unflavored protein, oats twice a day with 2 peices of fruit a handfull of nuts and a peice of root veg. PWO protein and waxy maze starch. lunch 200grams of meat and some salad and some complex carbs. traditional&amp;nbsp; dinner (shepards pie, spag bog, chicken &amp;amp; mash). Breakfast wheetabix. Training has been good although my normal split was broken up by a business trip but got a good 5 gym sessions in.
