Low dose, 30mg a day to try and keep the water retention low. Hopefully move me on to the next level. I know BP will be the thing to watch, but I'm hoping the pulsing will help that.
If it goes ok as you suggested, I will run the test-e early next year, probably after the xmas festivities. As I already have the var I can try and stack and see how things go. In the meantime I will gather all the info I can about pinning as I'm a P virgin. Bring it on. Trying to keep that balance of low bfat & tone, but seemed to off platea'ued so I'm not looking for anything major just a kick to get me past this sticking point.
I have been here before and worked around it but I reckon my own test production must be pretty low at the moment ...probably age related.
But hey ! that's why I ve joined this site to meet similar likeminded athletes. Reckon its the biz , wished I'd signed up earlier but life gets in the way of everything.
Lot of real life knowledge kicking around with you guys.
And a very valid point Golden Oldie. Its mainly been down to her indoors that's kept that one at bay, so for many years I've not really been pushing just keeping what I've got.
But since recently becoming web wise it opens your eyes to what is possible.
The only limits appear to be in ones own mind. So I'm probably gonna push the boundary and see where it takes me. So any tips from likeminded athletes are more than welcome. cheers guys.

Re:Sticking Point (PartyBoy)

davt

Trying to keep my body fat down to a minimum.

That's largely down to diet, not which steroids you choose. Eat too much to your requirements and you will lay down fat, irrespective of whether you're using winstrol, or testosterone.

Certain drugs, usually the 'mass gaining aromatisables' can create a 'fatter look', though this is mostly down to water retention and will be lost post cycle.
Re:Sticking Point (Golden Oldie)

If you've taken nothing since the early '80s (or am I misreading your post?), have a look that you're pleased with, look 10 years younger than you are, and don't want to bulk, why start again now? I've done a fair bit of research on it on the web and I must admit it only appears to work for a small percentage of bods and then only mildly. If I did run the test e and the anavar would I keep the firm look I desire ? Suppose ultimately that one would be down to the individual and how they respond.
Trying to keep my body fat down to a minimum... as you well know aint no easy task for us oldens.
Thanks guys

Re:Sticking Point (tyrob)

hi davt ,,, i run an andriol only cycle at 240mg per day as an experiment that was back in the early 80s,,if i remember right the med had to be keept out of sunlight or in the fridge,,results were didlysquat,,,,,

Re:Sticking Point (PartyBoy)

 Welcome to mt.

Andriol isn't really an ideal form of testosterone. Have a read of this:

http://www.muscletalk.c...rticle-testosterone.aspx

240mg ed is low tbh for any meaningful result, and increasing dosages will increase the costs, which is a major factor when considering andriol.

A better option would be the injectable form. I would suggest a 250mg shot every 5 days, so effectively 350mg pw, in conjunction with the anavar. The test would be run for 10-12 weeks typically. I think this would not only be loads cheaper, but yield a pleasing result for you
Sticking Point (davt)

 Hi Guys
This is my first post so please forgive my ignorance if I have posted in the wrong section.
Been training for many years, in pretty good shape, 52 years old, but probably look 10 years younger than my years. Workout 3 times a week, twice with weights in the gym and the other cardio.
Diets good, pretty good balance of the usual components. To get my strength up and gain some more size I am thinking of running the following.
A 6 week cycle of Andriol 240mg a day, 6 caps (undecanote) + 40mg of anavar.
Apparently this cycle is aimed at the older guy. My question is have anybody run something similar and if so what were the results.......
I know one of the regular guys who post’s reckons 250mg of test e a week is the biz for us olden’s but maybe I will look at that next time.
Ran some DBol back in late 70’s early 80’s as that was the only stuff one could get back then. I don’t want to get that puffy look........
Cheers guys......any feedback would be greatly welcomed.
