(teapot)</title><description>  before bed and sometimes in the day with oatcakes I have 1 tub of quark, 1 scoop of unflavoured whey concentrate, crusha strawberry milkshake flavour and a small handfull of frozen fruits of the forest. mix up with a spoon don't blend and it is gorgeous.
