The only things my bro knows about AAS are what I've told him, and I recall telling him that back acne was often a telltale sign, so perhaps shot myself in the foot a bit there haha. Ah I don't really care if he finds out tbh, just hope he doesn't decide to jump on himself because although he would be laisez faire about AAS, he is also fairly laisez faire about his training too, he trains about twice a week and although he does focus a lot on things like squatting and deadlifting, he just does not pay any heed to diet at all. He just has one protein shake a day and then eats the usual sh1te that most people eat. Yeah it was a tough session of deadlifting but everything thereafter was almost effortless, very happy! &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; It's funny because I sometimes train with my brother and he doesn't know I'm on AAS now. And I have always taught him my philosophy re lifting as it applies to natty trainers: full body &amp;gt; split, low ish volume, main compounds, etc. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; But yesterday he said to me 'why has your training philosophy completely u-turned? And how the hell are you gaining strength while cutting? You always told me that wasn't possible?' etc....I didn't know what to say! Plus in the changing rooms afterward he was looking strangely at my back when I had my top off, which in hindsight I realise he was looking at the fact that I have broken out in acne quite noticeably in the last week or so. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; And to top it all off, when we got home from the gym a package was waiting for me in the postbox from my source (ordered some more T3 and some clen), he asked me what was in the package and I said 'oh just... supplements', at which he gave another odd look and I changed the subject, haha. Basically my car broke down and had to spend the evening getting it fixed. Then today I was away down the country for the whole day and only just got back now. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Needless to say I was very pissed off, but then again it could be a blessing in disguise because it forces me to give my elbow another week of rest from pressing so it might thank me for it in the long run. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  On the upside, diet has been going very well this week. I appear noticeably leaner around my ribs/obliques, but the belly/muffin top has not really subsided at all.
