While there are a lot of recipes in it, too many of them are variations on a theme.

For example one of the recipes is just chicken breasts sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning from a packet and put in the oven?! Another is the same thing, but done in a steamer with some veg on the side.

In the snack section, one of the recipes is cottage cheese with a spoonful of jam on top. The following page is cottage cheese with a sliced banana and some splenda. The page after that is cottage cheese with yoghurt mixed in?!

Another example would be the recipe for Protein yoghurt with fruit. It does what it say on the tin really, the recipe is chopped fruit and plain yoghurt, with some whey protein mixed in.

There are a few more imaginative recipes in there, but unless you have zero culinary imagination a lot of it won't be desperately inspiring.

It's also reliant on a few American ingredients you might not be able to get in the UK, like McCormick Imitation Butter Flavour (i mean WTF?)

If you're looking for tasty, imaginative recipes then you might want to try another book...if you need a page of instructions to tell you how to mix a cup of plain yoghurt with a teaspoon of honey then it's just the thing! ;-)
muscle chow (jack.bauer)

 anybody got this? any good?
http://www.amazon.co.uk/MENS-HEALTH-MUSCLE-CHOW-Muscles/dp/1594865485/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1248629237&sr=8-1
