Well I guess I do a variety of exercises for my rear delts. I either train them within my main shoulder work out, or at the end of my back work out.

I like.. Bent over rear delt raises, both dumbbells and cables. I also like performing the crucifix exercise.. To be honest though I don't need to do a lot for my shoulders at all, they grow from the slightest stimulation...

Hey I found this link for you - it has a huge database of shoulder exercises ;-) http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/finder/lookup/filter/muscle/id/12/muscle/shoulders

Kitty - its channel 281. I'm not sure what time its on because I have virgin media and not sky! my sister has had to record it for me LOL. Although Naz said it was on earlier today lol x

Re:Louise's Journal towards the IFBB World Championships - Italy 2009 (kitty)

Shall look out for you on TV ....what's the program called? Hope your mrs is enjoying her training :-D
Re:Louise's Journal towards the IFBB World Championships - Italy 2009 (Naz-T)

been watching your tv appearances lol my other half is trying to build shoulders the size of yours now! awesome :-)

Re:Louise's Journal towards the IFBB World Championships - Italy 2009 (flick161)

 Arnold Arnold!!!

Re:Louise's Journal towards the IFBB World Championships - Italy 2009 (Lou)

kitty

Certainly enjoyed it and am happy with the placing. I have only gained about 8lbs since the show but to be honest I am pretty exhausted. We shall see...

I'll let Christmas move out the way... and then make my decision as I need to plan my year - in terms of training appropriately.

Oh - I should have said earlier in my blog but i've been doing some work with fitness TV on sky.. catch if you fancy a giggle!
