Congratulations to one and all, like my politics I shall keep my vote to myself but have to say that there has been fantastic progress by all. If I'd been more determined I could have given AWG a run for his money and maybe even PL. Great work guys!

Next time maybe we should have different categories to cover all aspects and types of training.
e.g Women only maybe just to get more women taking part. Welshy some great after photos and befores as well, that half inch can make all the difference.

Assisted, Unassisted, Unassisted Over 40's only called jps group. (ha ha)

Im torn, I votedn for PL in the heats but AWG has transformed himself.

I thought of voting for Welshy but decided she had an unfair advantage in the posing wear front...

If its on weight lost I lost 35lbs (17 stone 7lbs to 15 stone) and went from 38" waist to 33"

Full respect to everyone for having the guts to post before and after pics up,papa you have an impressive physique mate,jealous of that tiny waist.

Based on who's made the best progress rather than best physique,it was between welshy and AWG for me,AWG got the vote 20lb weight loss 4 inches off the waist is excellent going.
