(Papa Lazarou)</title><description>  Woooooooooooooooo hooooooooo! &lt;img src="http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/upfiles/smiley/s2.gif" alt="" /&gt; &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      Thank you for everyone who voted.&amp;nbsp; Hard luck to Welshy and AWG, I really thought one of you two would pip me to the post.&amp;nbsp; And for everyone else who took part - hopefully you've taken something from the cut/bulks you did and can carry that forward and use it to your advantage and get a little step closer to where you want to be. &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      As for me, early on it the cut the weight fell off me and then slowed massively, really thought i'd played my aces too early and luckily enough for me, with the help of the likes of All4n, TIO and a few others on my diet, I pushed on and lost more fat - thanks guys.&amp;nbsp; Well that and 600 mins of cardio a week and 235 mins of lifting.&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      Slept like a baby 9pm til 6.30am 7 days a week&amp;nbsp; - really is a wakeup call when you see what the guys do in the pro arena to get where they go when you work as hard as I felt I did (trying not to sound pompus or blow my own trumpet!). &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      I'd like to end with a quote: &lt;br&gt;       &lt;br&gt;      &lt;i&gt;"Never say the skys the limit when there are footprints on the moon."&lt;/i&gt; </description><link>http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.ashx?m=3552419</link><pubDate>Mon, 17 Aug 2009 10:34:08 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Re:SHAPE-UP WINNER 2009!!
