(itsdennis1243)</title><description>  20g whey protein powder (i use bulpowders.co.uk whey concentrate)&amp;nbsp;500ml whole milk, and 80g powdered oats &lt;br&gt;      667cals, 37g protein, 74g carbs, 22g fat  &lt;br&gt;      thats 1 i use twice a day - plenty of protein and calories.
