(All4n)</title><description>  Looking to supplement my diet with MCT's and desicated coconut seems a cheap/easy and freely available (i.e available in all supermarkets) way to do it. Wanting to use on no carb days so carbs need to be kept to the very minimum. Any ideas for recipies?
