Malika has taught me how to do the SLDLs properly and really squeeeeeze on the glutes when coming back up. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Along with lunges I made this difference to my butt in 3 months ... &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  &lt;img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v112/piggymon/Progress%20Pics/Sinead-Back.jpg"&gt; &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I'm going to try and get some more glute training done as well, maybe on a shoulder/abs day as that workout is quite a quick one...
