(Girth)</title><description>  Well its been a while since I done any deads , come in nice and easy today and felt a little light headed doing them , wasnt planning on them so didnt eat as if I was. (Girth)</title><description>  Got some DOMS today , not too bad...just under the armpits mainly &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Just bought another 110kg of weight plates , well happy as it only cost &amp;#163;30 with another bench aswell and 5 bars in total.
