(Ladybird51)</title><description>  &lt;font size="3"&gt;Hi just wanted some advise about HRT and what &amp;nbsp;women who train say about it.&lt;/font&gt;  &lt;br&gt; &lt;font size="0"&gt;I went on HRT about 12 mths ago because of the hot sweats, not sleeping , and most of all the mood swings. Being a Lorry driver I found I could not problem solve . ie map reading finding shop to shop . Going into Sheffield or York or Leeds or places that I had not been to before. I got panick attacks. HRT helped with all this but I am thinking of coming off.
